How to Install the Software

For users of FireFox

Sorry, Currently our web based software does not run in firefox due to active x controls.

 

For Internet Explorer 6 and 7 Users

Please follow the steps below.

We recommend that you print this page for easyer reading.

You will only have to do this install process once.

 

Please make sure you have Adobe Flash Player installed first!!

Step 1

To Begin Click "Lets get started" play button.

You may have to use the scroll bar on the right hand side of the screen to see this button.

Step 2

Click the More Button or Green Play Button to begin.

If you have problems seeing the next window i.e. nothing happens then
you will need to check your popup blocker settings.

If you have your popup blocker on a high setting you may have problems viewing the next window.

If you do encounter this. you may see a yellow bar at the top of the window, and a icon at the bottom showing that a blockup window was blocked.

Click the yellow bar, select "Settings" and then click on "More Settings"

 
If the bar is not there then click the popup icon (in the red circle) and click on "Pop-up Blocker Settings"

Type in the website name :


www.braiswick.co.uk

and click "Add"
then click "Close"
Now try clicking on the green play button or begin button again.

If you have tried this and it still does not work you may have 3rd party
software that blocks popups. in these cercamsamis please refer
to your user guides for the software
to allow popups for the site - http://www.braiswick.co.uk

Step 3

A new window will pop up. Click the

"Click here to begin" button.

Note: you may have to use the scroll bar on the right hand side to see this button.

Step 4

Once you clicked "Click here to begin" from the last screen. You will see a yellow bar.

Click on the yellow bar and select
"Install ActiveX Control"

Step 5

Click on "Install"

This can sometimes take a minute or two depending on your internet connection.

Step 6

You should now be presented with the loading screen. This can sometimes take a minute to load.

Step 7

Thats it. The software has been installed. You will only have to do this process once. In future you will just see the loading screen and then this screen.
